A Single Glance

These thoughts came to my mind after God touched me during the time of worship at Frontline youth service. He touched me so greatly that I couldn’t even stand on my feet…

Your one glance is enough
To get me through the day.
A single glance is enough
For gravity to lose strength.

I find it interesting to me
Eternity – how can it be
Together, You and me
We’ll be
When time will set us free

What You Have Is Who You Are!

Some time ago I was talking to my God and I said, “You are so good to me. You care for me and You guide me every day of my life. You did so much for me, but how can I give you thanks for all that You’ve done for me? But what can I do for You?” And Jesus answered, “Give Me yourself!”

As we give thanks to our God, especially during these holidays, let us not forget to ask Him what we can do for Him as a thanksgiving. If He will say, “Give Me yourself,” would you say “Yes! Here I am!”? Many people say “yes” without fully understanding such dedication. Many say “yes” to God but never want to part away from what they have because what you have is who you are. When you dedicate yourself to God, you literally dedicate everything you own as well; if not – its not a sincere dedication! More

Never Again

This post was written by Jennifer McIntyre
“Wake up God move yourself. Wicked men crush your children. We pray, we wait, how long until you say never again. …Never again!”

- Ben Pasley (Enter the worship circle, 4th circle)

The first time I ever heard this song, the words immediately grabbed my attention. The Lord pierced my heart as I realized that He was stirring the entire body of Christ to prayer and action on behalf of the poor and oppressed. I know we have disagreements about different issues and there are several opinions and theological debates about this and that. But across the board, most of the body of Christ can come together about issues that affect those that do not have a voice. God is calling the bride to cry out for justice. If we look at the various issues of the day: abortion, immigration, human trafficking, child abuse, the poor, the lost, sick, and oppressed: we would be saying, God: “How long until you say never again?” More

I Will Never Regret

I decide to follow You, God
And I won’t say “I’m sorry”
For my choice is right.

My heart is Yours. My life is Yours.
I give it all to You
Cause I love You.

I will never regret
The choice that I’ve made
When I said…

… Because I Love You!

Some time ago, for no particular reason this short phrase came into my mind, “… because I love You!” At that moment I was thinking of God.

I wish to do many things for my Savior but have pure love as my biggest and the only motivation. Sadly though, in the deepest corners of my heart, there were times when I would find wrong reasons for my good deeds. There were times when that pushing power was pride, or selfrighteousness, or man-pleasing. This fact made me angry because I hated it as I kept finding myself unchanged.

In my sober mind I have made a solid decision that whatever I do from now on will be “because I love Him!” So, now whenever I preach, sing, work, or write, I do it because I love Him! I put all my deeds before this phrase “… because I love You!” This  puts everything to its place and uncovers the truth about my actions. More

Rev. A. A. Allen – Woman with Short Leg Healed

Do you represent yourself as a believer and the follower of Jesus Christ?

Then consider, what does it mean for you to be the follower of Christ?

2000 years ago, Jesus called each of His followers to take the yoke and carry the burden that He Himself was carrying. He said that His yoke is easy, and the burden is light (Mt11:30).
